Transformers Premiere- I've been anticipating this movie ever since I first seen the trailer. I mean, it's transformers I used to play with Optimus Prime when I was a kid and yes I had trouble transforming him. Hey it was hard and I think I broke mine from playing with it so much. The cartoon is what got me and the whole Transformers more than meets the eye theme song was awesome. Any way I got a call from a friend asking if I wanted to see The Big Movie Premiere with red carpet and after party in Westwood, CA so I was on my way.

When I arrived it was absolutely insane i'm talking thousands of fans everywhere, a huge 15 foot transformer (bumble bee for those who know), red carpet with limos coming up to it with all the stars of the movies, cameras flashing, the works. People were offering mad cash for my tickets but there was no way I was going to miss this. I walked into the theater and everything was free, yes I said it FREE. So I stocked up on a huge popcorn, huge pop, and of course my necessity for movies peanut M & M's. Yeah I was pigging out but hey it's my way of getting back at the theaters for charging so much.

Watching the movie on it's premiere night with the stars in the theater is such a different experience then just going to the movies. Everyone is so into the movie. There's all that ohhhh and ahhh's. It's more fun in my opinion.

The movie starts and I have to say it did not disappoint at all. I was so impressed with everything from the storyline to the comic relief to the action to the acting. It all came together to make one of my favorite movies that I've seen in a long time. Some of the CG effects were amazing, I'm talking stuff I haven't seen before especially in one of the fight scenes. Not only that but this movie made me feel for a robot. How does that happen? I would recommend this movie to anyone young, old, boy or girl.

After the movie was over the big afterparty started which they closed a street for. The decorating was amazing. Yeah that sounded very Queer Eye but they had all the transformer cars that were in the movie there. They were insane I popped for Optimus Prime so bad ass. As I was walking through looking at everything their was free food and drinks. The good stuff not chips and salsa. We walked to the back and met up with some friends as I was getting some food who walks up next to me? Shia Labeouf. I said that he did a great job in the movie and he goes The Miz I love your work. I watch all the time. What a compliment. Next I came up on Rachel Taylor whom I've known for awhile. She played the other hot girl, the blonde computer chick. If you're a wrestling fan you may remember her in See No Evil with Kane. Yeah she died in that movie but did a great job in both movies.

The whole experience was so much fun from the movie to the party. I'd recommend this movie to everyone it's fun some parts are cheesy but they are those cheesy parts that you have to laugh at. See this movie.

Knocked Up-To be honest I was expecting so much more. I guess this was one of those movies that had so much hype that there was no way it could match up. Don't get me wrong it was a good movie but some of the stuff was just cheap humor to me and I normally love cheap humor. But some of the swearing was kinda off and not really needed. I will say this there is a shocking part that makes you say did I really just see that and I thought that was funny. It was one of those What about Mary parts. You'll see or you won't. I'm not really sure who you'd take to this movie because guy's going to see a movie called knocked up I don't know and taking a date might even be worse. I say wait till DVD to see it.

Ocean's 13-I swear I keep giving this Ocean's crap chances and every time it let's me down. Granted it was very clever and smart but it kinda dragged. I was entertained but I found myself saying when is it going to end because I really don't care. Just too much set up with not a big enough pay off in my opinion. I will not be seeing 14 in the theaters. I was dooped 3 times not a fourth for me. I'm waiting for DVD.

Hot Fuzz-This movie was so funny and smart. It's a total pun movie that spoofs cop flicks but it's done in a way that's not cheesy or cheap. I always think of pun movies like Scary Movies where they go for the cheap pops. Not Hot Fuzz I really enjoyed this movie. If you liked Shawn of the Dead then you'll like Hot Fuzz. I actually think this was better then Shawn of the Dead.

Spiderman 3-One word to describe it....Terrible. I was bored throughout the entire movie. I almost walked out. First off, it was way too long and some of it really didn't make sense to me. For one, how could Peter Parker take off Venom's outfit in the beginning with no problem then later on he had to rip it off. They didn't go into Sandman's life at all so I really didn't care for his character. I also thought they threw too many characters in this movie and you really didn't get a feel for any of them. Granted the effects were really cool but as for a story and entertaining I wouldn't see this movie again not even on DVD.

The Condemned-I saw the Premiere of The Condemned in Detroit and it was insane. There was around 3000 screaming WWE fans. As for the movie it's an action packed, show all, type of movie. Some parts I was like "can they put that in a rated R movie" Stone Cold Steve Austin was amazing in it. He really stole the show. The crowd really seemed to enjoy it because every time something cool would happen you'd here a ohhh or ahhhh. The pace was perfect I hate those movies you're waiting for something cool to happen. Not this film. I would recommend this to anyone that likes action flicks just remember that it can get a little hard to watch at times.

300-When I first heard about this movie I wasn't jumping out of my seat to see it until my roomate saw it and said it was one of the best movies she's ever seen. I didn't realize how many people wanted to see 300. Every show time was sold out and I couldn't even sit next to any of my friends because it was so packed in the theater. Hell, it made 70 million it's first week which is insane. Here's my review if you like fight scenes you must see this movie. I will admit the story isn't as strong as Braveheart or Gladiator but the fight scenes were the best I've ever seen. I'm not saying the story wasn't good but the movie didn't pick up until about 30 minutes into it. The way 300 was shot was also very cool and different. Also the Kings and Gods wore really cool outfits and their voices were bad ass. Normally I could care less but it was noticably different. I recommend this movie to anyone that's over the age of 13 and enjoys a good action fighting movie.

Black Snake Moan-This movie was wierd, messed up, crazy at times but I loved watching it. Sounds dumb right well see this movie and I guarentee you'd think the same thing. First off, the acting in this movie is fantastic. Christina Ricci looks hot and I've never found good old Wednesday hot until I saw her in this movie. She's half naked though the entire movie. The big surprise was how good Justin Timberlake was. This is the second movie I've seen with him and each time he gets better and better. I really think he's going to have a respectable acting career. The story is interesting and different in a way that you can never imagine this happening but the way it's put together it's believable. Maybe that's why it was so much fun to watch. Don't take kids to see this one. A date, maybe but I think a group of friends would enjoy it. I don't see this movie being for everyone.

The Departed-Whenever I hear of a movie with a lot of hype I more likely than not am disappointed. The hype is normally way too much for the movie to handle. The Departed, however, sailed past the hype and was absolutely amazing. I've been hearing so many rave reviews about this movie that I thought it'd be like the rest and just be okay. But from start to finish I was in awe especially the finish. I was thinking how could you go wrong with such an all star cast. Anything with those 3 headline names plus a Scorstase film is bound to be great. Then add Mark Walberg and Martin Sheen how can you miss. The only way I could see people not be entertained is if they can't see killing in a movie. Otherwise it's definately a must see movie.

Jackass 2-Highly entertaining are the first words that come to mind when I think of this movie. If you have a weak stomach or hate seeing gross mannerisms don't see this movie. But if you think seeing WEE Man walk through a meeting butt naked then this is the movie for you. I laughed really hard during a couple of the parts. I feel sorry for these guy's because the only thing left to do in the 3rd movie is someone get killed.

The Last Kiss-I love to see a fellow Real Worlder become a huge movie star. Jacinda Barret stole the show away from Zach Braff. He's an absolutely great actress. See reality people can actually do something other than be themselves on TV. Any way on to the movie. I wouldn't take a date to this movie. After seeing this movie it made me realize why I am single and never want to get married. Yeah I say that now but I will be a hypocrite. I'm calling it before it happens. This movie has a kind of Crash feel towards it. It shows a group of friends that have entirely different relationships. This movie hit close to home with me because I have a friend just like each of the guys. I would recommend this movie to anyone that wants to see a girly yet still cool kind of movie. It does have a Gardenstate flavor to it as well. Just see it.

The fall Season of Television-It's that time of year when the leaves are changing, the air is cooler, and all the best TV shows premiere. So which ones are you excited about? Is it Smackdown premeiring on the new combo network of WB/UPN, The CW, or maybe you're a Nip/Tuck person, or you like the McDrama of Grey's Anatomy, or Lost, Boston Legal, Desperate Housewives. Which ever your show is they all come out around this time. So let's take a look at some of them shall we.

Grey's Anatomy had to be the show I've been anticipating the most. With Izzy quiting and Meredith having to choose I almost threw my remote at the TV during the finale because I wanted to know what happens next. Well the big day is finally here and I thought the show was good not great but good. I didn't think the whole plague thing was really needed. They didn't really do much with it. And Dr. Bailey starting to lose it. You have to be kidding me. She's the drill sargent. This season has a lot of potential especially after the amazing second season. I predict Meredith will choose McVet but always want McDreamy. It makes for better TV. I think Izzy will be back somehow. Not without huge drama. I think this is going to be Izzy's breakout season where you really want to know what's up with her. The others will take a backseat. Then the Meredith story then everyone else will follow. Nip/ Tuck is so awesome I always find myself yelling at the TV. Saying damn why can't I do that. A hot mom and daughter combo. You can't beat TV like that. Then Dr. Macnamera having a handicapped baby is genius. It's going to be great Tv seeing how he deals with imperfections seeing that he's a perfectionist. Smackdown is looking better than ever with the new crop of Superstars and the Veterans still kicking ass and taking names. It's going to be fun to see who elevates to the top. With King Booker on his thrown with his royal court it's makes you wonder who will be the man to take him out. As for new shows I checked out 6 degrees last night and it got me interested. I'm not hooked yet but this show definately has potential. I like the concept of we all know each other through 6 degrees of separation. It'll be interesting to see the characters develop. I also saw Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip which with one episode I am already hooked. YOu can tell it's a blatant rip off of what happens behind the scenes of SNL but still i'm interested in seeing the show progress.

American Idol-Soul Patrol Vs. McPheever. Who do you have winning this thing? Even though I hated him at first I really think Taylor's going to end up winning this damn thing and I can't believe. I've been saying from day one that he needs to be voted off but when Chris got the boot. There was no one left. I liked Kat before but lately she hasn't been stepping up in my opinion. I think Taylor has really went from Kareoke singer to the winner of American Idol. Whoever wins, I really don't think either of their albums will sell. I just don't see the star quality like Kelly Clarkson. When you saw her you knew she was going to be a star and would stick around for awhile.

See No Evil-Talk about a hard weekend to open with The Da Vinci Code and Over the Hedge, See No Evil really didn't have a chance did it. I love scary movies and this movie did exactly what a horror flick should do. Made me jump out of my seat, cringe, grab onto the person next to me, and say "oh my god" about 5 times. This movie reminds me of old school scary movies with a new school touch. Remember the good old days with Freddy, Jason, and Michael Myers. What happened to those types of flicks. Now we have PG-13 scary movies and that just doesn't seem right. I have to say right after the very beginning the movie began to slow down and when they were telling the story of the kids it felt way too slow. But as soon as they got to the hotel. It was on point. Kane was really good and plays a bad ass scary person. Watch out Freddy and Jason. I'd definately take a date to see this movie just make sure you don't jump into her seat. Oh yeah watch out because it's very gory and graphic. Might make you have nightmares. Think Hostel.

The Da Vinci Code-While going to see this movie I thought "this movie better be amazing with all the hype around it." The Da Vinci Code is all i've been hearing about for the past couple months with all the contraversy with the Church and all. Right from the start of the movie I felt lost. Maybe I should've read the book because I couldn't catch up with the plot and basically fell alseep during the middle of it. I just felt that while some of the actors were explaining the stories plots I couldn't keep up with them and by the time I asked someone what was going on. The actors were already on another scene that I needed an explanation for, it became exhausting. Maybe if I knew a little about religion or if I read the book I would've liked it more. Plus the lead actress had a thick accent where I was asking what did she say. I really do feel that some people are going to love this movie because it does seem to have a cool theory and makes you think a different way so maybe if you read the book you'd be able to follow it better. Even though everyone and their mother saw this movie already seeing that it made 77 million in it's first weekend I can't recommend seeing it. If you read the book you might like it. I didn't so I wouldn't know.

American Idol-I'm pissed how the hell did Chris Daughtry lose. He was by far the stand out in the top 4. Taylor Hicks seems like a really nice guy but Simon's right he's a Kareoke singer. Yeah he's entertaining to watch but honestly could you really buy his album. Then there's Elliot Yamin where I really don't know where people are like his voice is amazing it sounds so shakey to me. I'm not saying I'm better. Hell my voice is the shits. Then there's McPhee who now has to win this thing. I think her voice is pretty and I like her personality but as for as entertaining she just seems a little out of place. I thought Chris had the whole package. He arranged songs differently and made them better. I thought he was the sure win. I guess I was wrong. Who do you think should win? Well maybe we will see him on tour with Fuel someday. That'd be cool.

Benchwarmers-I haven't walked out of a movie in a really long time and this movie got me really close. I'm sorry but I just can't see Rob Schneider as a great athlete that's amazing at baseball. Then Jon Heder played kind of a dorky guy which was half ass in my opinion especially when seeing him be the coolest dork in the world in Napolean Dynamite. I honestly think there was one funny part in this movie. It's too bad I can't remember which part. I don't know I asked a couple of my friends who saw it and they didn't think it was that bad. I put it in my worst movies list. Don't see this movie. Ever!!!

Scary Movie 4-Going to the fourth installment of the Scary movies I kind of knew what to expect. Not a really good story, a couple funny parts, a bunch of spoofs off tv and movies so I almost knew it was going to be okay but I still really wanted to see it. Why is that? After seeing Scary Movie 4 it was exactly what I expected. I knew I should've waited for it to come out on DVD. There were a couple funny parts but I have to say this is the worst of the 4 scary movies. It was almost like they were trying to hard to make you laugh and it just ended up not being funny. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone.

Lucky Number Sleven-I went to this movie not knowing anything about it and to my surprise it was really good. The story was different, it kept me thinking throughout the entire movie. My friends and I kept talking back and forth trying to figure out the ending. I figured out a couple things but the ending was put everything I missed together. I recommend Lucky Number Sleven to anyone it even has a little romance where I thought it might lose me but luckily it didn't. Go see this movie.

Inside Man-I liked this movie but I've heard some people say differently. The reason I liked it was it kept you thinking through out. It's one of those movies where you try telling your friend what's going to happen before it happens or you say remember that part in the beginning that was a clue. I kept telling my friends to shut up because we were so into it. I thought the ending didn't disappoint as well because you don't really see it coming.

Stay Alive-This is definately a movie to see. Was it scary? Yes. Was it interesting? Yes. It reminded me of a modern day Brainscan (for those of you who saw it in the 90's) I liked this movie because it got to the point right from the beginning and it never skipped a beat. I was a little hesitant in seeing it because I thought it'd be one of those stupid scary movies that doesn't really scare you but to be honest I jumped a couple times and I had that butterfly feeling half the time I was watching.

Failure to Launch-Believe it or not I actually wanted to see this movie. Usually I'm not a fan of romantic date movies but Failure to Launch looked like it might have just enough comedy in it for me to like it. I did enjoy it but I'm not sure if this movie is a theatre movie or a rental. The story was kind of predictable. Yeah there were cute funny parts but in my opinion if you want to take a girl on a date take her to a scary movie. It's so much more fun.

The Hills have Eyes-This movie was interesting and different and their were some scary and uncomfortable parts but I have to say it too slow for my taste. They definately could have cut a bunch of parts and it wouldn't of taken away from this movie. If you are going to see this movie I'd definately only rent it because as for scary it does the job but it takes way too long to get to those parts.

TV REVIEWS-All right so I'm an avid TV watcher. Tivo is like a dream come true. I love the fact that I can watch any show I want whenever I want. Instead of hurrying home to catch the beginning or missing a part because someone was talking. Now forget about commercials and if I missed something I can rewind it. Tivo is the sh#t. So here's some of the shows I've been watching.

American Idol- I wasn't a fan of this show at first. I only started watching it last season and trust me it took some people to sit me down and really make me watch it. But now I'm hooked. I love watching horrible performances. It's kind of like watching a car wreck. You don't want to look but you have to. My roomates and I entertain ourselves more just by making fun of some of the "talent." And believe me I'm terrible at singing hell I've been kicked off stage during Kareoke but I can't help either make fun of them or be in awww of how incredible their voice really is. You gotta love the beginning when most of the people really suck. I don't think anyone can get bigger than William Hung. This season I think there's like 3 good ones and the rest really need to start impressing me.

Grey's Anatomy- Talk about a really good show. Hell ABC's Sunday line up is pretty bad a$$. There's something about Grey's that I can't get enough of. I loved last episode when George was finally going to get some. I was jumping up and down hoping he was going to score. The only bad part about this show is when they show the previews and I want to it right now not next week. This is arguably my favorite show on TV.

Desperate Housewives- Last year this was definately the show to watch. However, this year I really feel it's lacking something. Yeah it's still good and I still tune in week after week but I just felt last season was so much better. Maybe it's because it was brand new. The cool part is all the ladies are in their 40's and they look better than the 20 year olds I see on other shows. I feel like the reason people get into this show so much is because you can relate with at least one of the characters or know someone like them.

The OC- This show has been going way downhill season after season. It's almost like they have to repeat story lines. How many times are Marisa and Brian going to break up and get back together. I've seen it already give me something new. Maybe when they all go to college it'll get back on track.

24- I can't watch it on Fox because with this show I have to see every episode back to back. That's how addicting it is for me. The last season's I've had to set aside 2 days to watch it and I couldn't stop. So I always wait for the DVD's to come out. If you can take the wait till next week good luck but I can't.

Lost- Okay we all know it's great. No explanation needed.

My Name is Earl- I love this show. A comedy that doesn't act like a comedy. You know what I mean one of those comedies that every time there's a joke there's a laugh track that follows. It's like a show that's funny and the guy's doing good deeds. I don't think the show would've worked if it was a normal guy. Earl had to be white trash it just makes it so much better.

RAW and Smackdown- You know how I am with wrestling so every Monday I say screw the challenges Raw's on even when I was on them.

TV REVIEW- Gauntlet 2-I've been getting a lot of e-mails asking why I'm not on the Gauntlet 2. The reason is I'm unofficially retired and with good reason. I got signed to WWE and now I'm living my dream that I've been pursuing during the time I've been on the shows. I can't take a month off to film the challenges so now I can only do shows that tape in like 10 days. So with that said what do you think of the new Gauntlet 2? No Coral, Veronica, Rachel, Tina, Tonya, CT, and No Miz. Is that a good thing or bad? I'll let you be the judge. There were a bunch of reasons why a lot of the regular people didn't go on this show. One was there were too many people casted(36). That's way too many in some people's eyes. You barely get to see anyone and if you do it's like one line. Plus some of the "camera whores" start plotting stuff so they can get more camera time and it's really annoying and people start fighting for the camera. Yeah it sounds stupid but if you watch closely enough you can see who does it. Other reasons were timing, BMP didn't give enough notice, money, work, or just exhausted from them. I'm wondering who's going to take the ball for this show. If you've watched these shows there's always main characters and I'm wondering who they are going to be because this cast is fairly new.

I just got done watching the first episode and I really thought it should've been an hour. I barely got to see anyone and the first challenge sucked. Rock, paper, scissors, come on I don't want to see that. The production must of been pissed when they saw that because it's not good tv. Then they had a birthday party for Mark which is always cool and fun and I love Mark. He's a really great guy but when someone said this was the best party ever to be on a challenge I beg to differ. Now I wasn't there but on Battle of the Season's we had the best and first toga party and that my friends was the best. Hell it was during a hurricane. I felt like all the stuff they were doing was a rip off of it. Like the list at the door, dressing up. It's been done. I had my birthday party on the Inferno 1 and that was pretty bad ass. I'm loving the beer pong tables at the houses. I'll take credit for starting that way back on The Real World: Back to New York. I love watching the first episodes because it takes me back to when I was on the shows and the first day is always the best because you get to meet new people and there's always a big party and everyone gets drunk and hooks up.

All in all the show was okay. I liked the production of it and the whole sucken boat thing is really cool but I felt the first episode left me with nothing that I wanted to see more of. The whole Jo calling the police stuff was really wierd. She called them because people wanted to talk to her and wouldn't move out of the way. I imagine it'll get better especially seeing the previews for upcoming shows. I do know that previews can really be persuasive though so only time will tell. I must say watching The Gauntlet 2 brings back a lot of memories and I really miss it. I wish the whole cast good luck and please now watching as a fan don't let us down.

Saw 2-Saw reminds me of what scary movies used to be like. Now a days I'm seeing more and more scary movies with PG-13 ratings and I can't stand it. Freddy and Jason wouldn't stand for that back in the day. Saw 2 is a true scary movie. I'm talking their were parts where I jumped, their were parts when I cringed, and their were parts where I clapped. That's right, I clapped. Go see this movie and you'll understand why I clapped. The story really sucks you in and you feel what the actors are feeling. It's been a long time since I heard people clap after the movie because they were so pleased with it. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone that has a weak stomach or hates needles (you'll understand when you see it). Guy's this is a date movie because half the time she'll be buried in your shirt then she won't want you to leave her side the rest of the night. Hell maybe you'll be doing the same thing. Any ways see this movie if you like good scary movies.

Waiting-This was the slowest movie ever. I was expecting Office Space or something that would be a cult hit but I was sadly disappointed. Their were a couple funny, laugh out loud parts but the story dragged and was really slow. I did learn a new game to play with my friends though. See it on DVD never in a theater.

Two for the Money- I really enjoyed this movie from beginning to end. I wasn't sure about from the previews I saw but after seeing it I'd see it again. I guess I always liked movies that are based off of real life. I thought the actors did a great job, the story was interesting the entire time, and I really liked the ending because I really wasn't sure how it was going to end. You can take your girl to this movie or go with the boys. You decide.

Lord of War- I was not a fan of this movie. It seemed like the movie was going no where the entire time and I just couldn't get involved with the story. I must say the beginning shocked the hell out of me and I was ready for a good solid movie with a great story but it failed. Their were some parts that made be like this could get good but it just didn't. It wasn't even that the movie was slow. I think it was the boring narrating. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone. Maybe see it on DVD or TV but definately not a $10 movie.

TV REVIEW- Over There- I feel like all the good TV shows come out in the fall and all the scrubs are left for the summer but one show has definately stood out in my mind and it's Over There. Talk about a graphic Cable TV show. Has anyone seen it? I've seen a dude get blown in half on the first episode then watched Zach Morris get his head chopped off. This show really makes me realize what is going on over there in real life. For those who have never heard of this show...Over There is about an army unit that gets sent to Iraq and engages in everything that war is. You follow the characters through their home lives all the way to them in the war. Some of the situations on the show are situations I've heard on the news or pieces of what I've heard. It really makes you feel like you are right there or at least get a slight feeling of what our soldiers are going through over there. What got me started on the show was my friend Josh Henderson got a lead part so I had to check it out and now I can't stop watching it. Not only am I proud of him on how well his acting is in it but all the other actors as well as the writers do an amazing job. If you have a weak stomach you might not want to watch it. Otherwise it's heartfelt and entertaining to watch. I'm hooked.

The 40 year old Virgin- Talk about a great movie. This movie has one of the funniest parts in a movie that I ever saw. You've probably seen the previews where he's getting his chest waxed, normally the previews shows all the funny parts and thats it. Not with this movie. Even though the chest wax was in the previews watching it on the big screen is 10 times funnier. I almost pissed my pants I was laughing so hard. You really can sense his pain and all the stuff he says anyone can relate to. I know if I had that done I'd be saying the exact same stuff. This movie is definately for a mature audience. I'm saying don't take the kids but it's a definate must see movie. I'm still waiting to see Wedding Crashers. I heard from 2 people that Wedding Crashers is better but not by much. If Wedding Crashers is better than it must be an amazing movie because this movie I'd pay to see again.

Bad New Bears-I was really disappointed with this movie. I remember watching the original back in the 80's and loving it. Hell I still watch it when it's on TV. This one was very kid oriented besides the swearing. What I mean is the jokes are jokes that kids would laugh at and an older crowd would think is corny. Don't get me wrong there was a couple funny parts but as a whole I would rather see the original. I think the original actors were more fun to watch and played the parts better. Maybe the reason was when you see the original it's hard to see the movie in a different way. This is definately a kids movie if you'll allow them to hear swearing. Otherwise wait till it's on TV or see the original.

The Devil's Rejects-Talk about a wierd movie. This is one of those movies that you walk out of and think what the hell just happened. The whole movie was a big ending. There was no real beginning the whole movie is the chase. I'm still not sure if I liked it or not. I do know that it made me think and my friends and I were talking about it for awhile afterwards. The Devil's Rejects wasn't necessarily scary I'd say it was more freaky and had what the f#ck just happened type parts. You can tell that Rob Zombie directed this movie. Just from seeing his concerts I could tell he was behind everything. I also popped when I saw DDP (Diamond Dallas Page) playing a part in the movie. As a whole I wouldn't recommend this movie to see in theatres. It'll probably be a cult hit. It's not a date scary movie there's no real jumpy parts where the girl will jump into your lap. No families. I'd say if you enjoy freaky stuff it'll be a cult hit for you.

Dark Water- You ever leave a movie before the end? Well if not this could be your first. It's been awhile since I left a movie before the end but it was definately the right move. The way the makers put this movie out there it seems like it'd be a scary movie. Guess what? It's far from that...a little wierd but not scary. I don't think I jumped once. It just felt like Dark Water was dragging and I was feeling like when is this movie going to scare me. Never happened. The only way I would say to see this movie is if you needed a good nap. I took one during it. Arguably one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

War of the Worlds- With all the publicity for this movie this damn thing better be good, right? WRONG. This was the second movie on a double feature Sunday so I was hoping for greatness especially with Tom Cruise and Spielberg together but they fell short...way short. The story was the same as all the end of the world movies so I couldn't help feeling like I've seen this before. I will give them this the special effects were really good. I was so disappointed with the end of this movie maybe that's why I really didn't like it. Any way if you want to see a movie that has way too much hype go see this movie otherwise wait till DVD. Tom was so smart to do the whole marriage thing with Katie Holmes. He knew this movie would need all the publicity it could get because it was crap.

TV REVIEW-The Real World: Austin-I haven't done a TV Review in ages so I'm going to put it up here so people will actually see it. So I always watch the first episode of The Real World because I like seeing the wide eyes of all the cast mates on their new adventure. I think the first episode is always the best after that I usually don't tune in because I kind of know what they are going through and what it's all about. I tuned in to see this first episode and I was impressed. First time in a long time that I was impressed by a cast. Let's go through them one by one shall we. Let's start with Abram, I mean Wes, Honestly is this not Abram Jr. They look very much alike and they're personalities so far match but we'll have to see if Wes has the Rage Abram has. A fight on the second night could mean he does. I really think he's going to be the one to instigate sh#t for example getting the two girls to kiss on the first night. Great move. Then there's Rachel, the girl from the army, also known as the reason she got casted. I could and hope I'll be proven wrong but probably not. I think Sara said it the best on the casting special about how this girl may have went to war but other people go through different problems and this girl thinks since she went to war she's done something with her life. Then we have Lacey, or Wallpaper...I call her wallpaper because I don't think we'll see a lot of her on the show. She's going to be one of those characters you barely see. Nehemia I actually really like him and didn't understand why everyone was mad at him when he left the club. Yeah the other guy's got into a fight looking for him but I thought it was all Johanna's fault. He was being a good friend and trying to watch out for her but she got so drunk that she had no idea what was going on. Let's move onto Johanna...very pretty with some spice I already like it. She's going to be the drama of the show for sure. Melinda, one word and I think every guy said it when they saw her in that black outfit. "WOW" Yeah she's really hot but she seems like she knows it. I always love when people come on these shows with boyfriends or girlfriends. Don't they realize that relationships never last on these shows. I loved the promise ring though because I knew that thing was getting thrown away real quick. Hell, it looks like the 3rd night it'll be in the toilet. Danny, arguably the luckiest dude I've ever seen on these shows. Why??? Um the two hottest girls on the show are throwing themselves at him. How much does it suck that you're on National TV and it shows you getting your a$$ beat. Dude those guys jumped him which was pretty pathetic because I know that dude that threw the punch is bragging about it. Probably had a party for the show to premiere to see his sucker punch. I think everyone felt for Danny in that one especially Melinda you lucky bastard. I swear this kid better not let us down. Git R Done Brother. I really do feel this is going to be an amazing season especially when I talked to Jon Murray and he told me their first 6 episodes were done in the first week. Usually it takes a month just to get one but these kids really know how to spice it up. My only problem with this show is Real World used to get into issues that face the youth. Now a days it's all about sex which I'm not saying I don't like watching but I would like another Pedro to come in and not Pedro from Napolean Dynamite I'm talking Pedro RW San Francisco. Any ways I will actually be watching this Real World. They got me hooked real fast which hasn't happened in a long time. Thanks RW Austin cast and good luck with everything. It's a long road of ups and downs just roll with the punches and have as much fun as possible.

Cinderella Man- I don't know what it is about Russel Crowe but every movie he's in is amazing. I honestly really didn't want to see this movie in the theatre because I thought it was going to be alright. I love boxing movies but you really can't touch Rocky and I usually don't like time peroid pieces. However, this movie got me hooked right in the beginning and I never left the edge of my seat. This is the type of movie that you walk out of kind of quiet thinking, wow. In parts of it I'd look over and see people tearing up. Don't worry it's not a real tear jerker. It's one of those stories that you get really involved in and you're touched by the characters. I'd say take a date to this movie and pee before you go in because I had to go half way through and had to hold it. It sucked but it was definately worth the hold. See this Movie.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith -This movie was definately entertaining with all the fight scenes and comedy but I must say I was expecting better. Yes I did give it a thumbs up because it's definately a good movie. However, you know when there's so much buzz about a movie that you expectations are so high that they can only go down. That's kind of what happened. I almost wish I went to see it with no expectations then it would've been amazing. I've never really saw the whole Angelina Jolie hotness thing until I saw this movie. That girl looks absolutely amazing in this movie. Gotta love a chick that can kick your ass. Any way I would recommend seeing this movie and try to go with no expectations so it'll knock you off your seat. It's funny and enterataining exactly what a action movie should be.

The Longest Yard - Movie prices are really starting to piss me off. How the hell can you raise movie prices from $10 to $10.75. I thought 10 was way to expensive but they keep raising them. Hell they're 12 at the Grove. What's wrong with LA what happened to 3.75 movies. I feel like my dad. He used to tell me movies were a quarter. Any way this movie entertained me but didn't woo me. I kind of had the feeling it was going to be just alright especially since I didn't hear much feedback on it from friends. The only reason I wanted to see it was because Stone Cold Steve Austin, Goldburg, and Kevin Nash were in it. I thought they should've had bigger parts but whatever. I definately would wait for DVD to check this one out. If you must see it in theatres see at a matinee so it's only 7 dollars.

Crash -I really enjoed the content of this movie. It wasn't what I expected with it's showing of different racial stereotypes that still happen in America. Even in cities where we don't even realize it's happening. I was glad this story took place in LA because coming from Ohio where I see first hand racism. Living in LA I don't see all that much but maybe it's all in the eye of the beholder. I must say out of all the great actors in the movie Ludacris really stood out in my mind as the breakout star which shocked the hell out of me. My only problem with this movie is it dragged a bit. Some of the scenes I felt like I was saying to myself "Get to the point already." It's one of those movies that has a bunch of characters and different lives and they all meet at the end. Like a Magnolia or Love actually. Obviously with completely different stories. If you want an entertaining movie that'll make you think and laugh definately go see it.

Sin City -I wasn't sure if I really wanted to see this movie because I heard mix reviews. Since it was the only movie playing at the time we arrived it was chosen and I must say I really liked it. It was the best comic book movie I've ever seen. The reason I say this is because Sin City really reminded me of a comic book inside a movie. Not the other way around like Spider Man and DareDevil. It played like a comic book. The visual effects were amazing. Some of the parts were really graffic and I was surprised it didn't get an NC-17 rating. I imagine the reason was of the black and white and the way they put it and made it look. If you like comic books obviously go see it. Even if you hate comics you'll like this movie because of the visual effects there's really no movie like it.

Guess Who - Lately I haven't seen that many good movies and I'm kind of disappointed. However this weekend really turned that around first with Beauty Shop and now Guess Who being better than that. I really liked this movie. Putting Ashton and Bernie in a movie together is just genius especially with the story line. I must say I've felt exactly the way Ashton felt in that movie when I was on The Real World. I wasn't getting married it's just the situations he was put in I knew what he was going through. I would definately recommend this movie to anyone that wants to see a really funny romantic comedy.

Beauty Shop -I'm not sure if the reason I thought the movie was so good was because I went to the Premiere or if it was just good but the fact is I'm giving it a go see nod. Even though it was kind of cheesy I still found myself laughing out loud half the time. I must say watching a movie at it's premiere is way different then watching it any other time. First off, there's a huge red carpet with cameras flicking everywhere. Every star in the movie attends so I was right by Queen Latefah and Alicia Silverstone watching the movie. I thought that was wierd watching someone watch themselves. Oh yeah plus at Premiere's not only is the ticket free but you get free popcorn and drinks. So you know I was chowing down eventhough I'm not the biggest popcorn lover. But hell you give me food for free I'll eat. After the movie they have this huge afterparty across the street and let me tell you something it was bad ass. Free food, drinks, a dj, hair extentions (yes I did say hair extensions), make up, all in this huge building that was built like a huge hair salon. I'm talking bad a$$. All the stars from the movie were there. Here's a good story. Kimmy and I were looking for desserts and we saw this table where nobody was so we went there and saw Mac and Cheese. Kimmy sits down and starts eating it. I'm thinking why aren't people over here. A security guard comes over to me and says are you guys with Queen Latefah because this is her table. So basically Kimmy was eating the Queen's mac and cheese. How funny is that? Anyway if you want to see a movie that will make you laugh check out Beauty Shop.

Hostage -This movie was good not great. I wouldn't say it was missing anything, just that it's no die hard. There were some really cool parts that had me on the edge of my seat but at the end I was kind just like okay. It didn't whoa me. There was one part that made me cringe and that's hard to do. If you have to go to a movie and it's a movie you want to see then I'd say see it in a theatre, otherwise it'd make a great rental when it comes out on DVD. I don't know what it is lately but the last 3 movies I've saw have only been okay. I need a kick a$$ movie to see soon.

Constantine - This wasn't a movie I was antipating but I was kind of curious. I'm not really sure what to write this time because the movie wasn't great by any means but it wasn't terrible. I guess it was right there in the middle. It had some action, some cool effects but there was something missing. I guess you could say I was expecting something like the Matrix but as Michael Kors would say I was underwelmed. I would definately wait for the DVD.

Sideways -Okay I don't understand all the hype about this movie. The talk of the town has been all about this movie and how great it is and I just don't get it. I mean this movie was alright but not Oscar worthy for anything in my opinion. I mean every time I see Paul Giamatti I think of pig vomit and his quote of "Howard you're the motherfu#king anti-christ!" Maybe this movie was too mature for me. I mean I did think it got you really involved with the characters and the acting was great but the story was too boring and slow for me. Maybe you have to be in your mid 30s to like it but for me it was a mere okay. I would wait till DVD.

Hitch -Now I wasn't really sure on this movie because I thought it looked just okay but boy was I pleasantly surprised. This movie is awesome. I don't care if you hate love stories or love them this movie will be liked by all. I know that's a bold statement but I loved how in the intimate moments (which I usually hate) Their were awkwardness and how first kisses usually happen. I swear some of the stuff was so right on and the story was good. I mean really Will Smith really knows how to play the smooth/ player type because he really steals the show along with Kevin James. Seeing Kevin James in this movie makes me want to watch King of Queens a little more because he's so likable in this movie. If you want a great Valentine's Day movie, date movie, or a movie to go with a bunch of friends believe me see this movie. You won't be disappointed.

Miz's Top 5 Movies of 2004

1. Ladder 49
2. Million Dollar Baby
3. Anchorman
4. Troy
5. Napolean Dynamite
Honorable Mentions: Collarteral, Terminal, Man on Fire

Million Dollar Baby - If you want a tear jerking movie go see this one. Before this year I only got jerked up to one movie now I've got two movies that did it in one year. I really loved everything about this movie. The story was great, timing was perfect, there wasn't a time where I wasn't involved with the movie. I can honestly say this movie made me feel something which is what most movies these days don't do and that's why this movie is in my top 5 for the year. I'd say top 20 lifetime. I really liked how the story really got you in touch with the characters and you really felt what they were going through. The acting was amazing as well. Hiliary Swank definately deserves an oscar nod and Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman were so much fun to watch and believable. By the way, I was dragged to see this movie. A girl boxing just didn't interest me so I was going in not liking it and Million Dollar Baby made me do a 180 because as much as it was about a girl boxer Clint Eastwood made it have that manly feel to it. You'll understand what that means when you see this movie. I'd recommend seeing this movie with everyone you know just bring a box of tissues. I don't care how big of a guy you are.

Meet the Fockers - I think just about everyone's been waiting for the sequel of Meet the Parents to come out and finally it's here and it doesn't disappoint. This movie was a laugh out loud comedy. I mean really how can you go wrong with this all star cast. I must say to my surprise the breakout stars of this movie wasn't Ben or Robert. No, no, no it was Dustin and Barbara. Putting them in the equation was such a great move because I honestly couldn't stop laughing and trust me I wasn't the only one. They really had great chemistry as Gaylord's parents and some of the situations were to die for. If you want a good movie to see with anyone I'd recommend this movie. I'd go to the theatre early to find a seat because it was sold out when I went. Have fun.

Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events - The only reason I gave this movie a soso rating was because of the cool scenery and picture plus great acting by Jim Carrey. The rest of it, I thought was crap. The story was okay at the most. I was really disappointed because I had really high expectations. I thought this was the new Harry Potter but I was sadly mistaken. I really don't even think kids would like it and I was trying to find a group that would like it and I couldn't. Yeah there were some funny parts and some that were interesting but none that would make me tell people to spend $10 to go see it at the theaters. This is a good rental at most.

Spanglish - I'm still debating on this one whether it was so-so or good. It definately wasn't great but I did enjoy seeing Adam Sandler with this character. It's so different and he wasn't trying to be funny. He was actually really good in it, but Tea Leoni stole the show in my opinion she plays an LA girl with no self esteem really well. There were some really cute, sappy parts that made me melt and there were some parts that made me laugh. So if you want a romantic comedy this has all the necessities. Spanglish is about a Mexican women coming to America with her daughter and found a job with Adam Sandler's family. The language barrier comes into effect and all parties learn about parenting, marriage, and devotion to families.

Ocean's Twelve - Now really how can you go wrong with this movie. I mean really any star that's a star is in this movie. Do you really think they'd all get together for a crappy script I think not. Here's a good question was it better than the first one? I'm still debating on that because I really liked the first but I must say I popped bigger in a couple parts than I did for the first. I did like the ending better in the first though. I would recommend this movie to everyone. I mean you really can't go wrong with a movie packed with such stars. If you like movies that keep you guessing, that are entertaining, and have well placed humor go see this movie.

The Incredibles - I was expecting something so different then what this movie was. For creativity and graffic design it was amazing but after saying wow this movie looks great the story just fell apart. After 30 minutes I could've got up and left and not thought twice about the ending. I had a couple laughs but most of the time I was wondering when the movie was going to be over. I liked the what happens to a superhero when he's not being the character concept but the story just dragged and wasn't interesting to me. I wouldn't recommend this movie. Maybe a rental, but it's really long so good luck.

Saw - Scary movies seem to be popular this holiday season. I actually liked this one because it was more realistic and could happen to you. That kind of scared the sh@t out of me. Plus I really liked the creativity in some of the murders. I always found myself trying to figure out who was setting the people up to kill themselves. Trust me you'll never get it. Talk about an interesting concept for a killing. Put the person in a situation where they had to either figure something out or kill themself. That freaks the sh#t out of me. I'd recommend this movie because the stories good and it serves it's purpose of scaring you.

The Grudge - The reason for the soso rating is simply this the story wasn't that great, the acting was okay, and some parts were really cheesy but I will admit it did make me jump a couple of times and for that it made it soso. If you want to see a movie that's going to make you jump a couple times then I'd recommend it but if you want a good story to follow don't see it. The Grudge is a horror film kind of like The Ring, hense the PG-13 rating, and it starts with a curse put on people who die in a state of anger and anyone that comes in contact with them dies. Yeah I know sounds real interesting. But when you hear the AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH. It'll make you shiver. Take a girl if you want and have her jump in your lap otherwise wait to rent it.

Friday Night Lights - I came into this movie thinking it was going to be amazing seeing that every trailer says it's the best football movie ever. Well to my disappointment it wasn't even close to the best football movie ever. It was a mere okay. Friday Night Lights seems to drag a lot of the time and it was so much like Varsity Blues that I couldn't help compare the two. First both were set in small football towns in Texas. Some of the scenes felt like they were straight out of Varsity Blues. It's just to bad that Varsity Blues was so much better. Basically if you seen Varsity Blues don't see this movie till it's a rental because you'll be saying this movie isn't even close to being as good as VB. I will say that the ending was really good, but it took way to long to get to it. If I were you I'd wait till it's on DVD and rent it.

Ladder 49 - The best movie I've seen all year, hands down. I loved the story, the acting, the pace, everything was amazing. The only thing about this movie is it's really sad. So if you don't want to cry or be sad while walking out of a movie, ladder 49 is not for you. I'm the type of person that if a movie can make me feel something then it was an amazing movie and Ladder 49 definately did. Here's another plus about the movie. It's the first time that a Real Worlder gets respect in the Movie world. Jacinda Barret from Real World London played the lead actress and did an amazing job to say the least. I still can't believe a real worlder was in this movie. I always felt like Hollywood hated reality people for movies because people already know who we are but I guess I was wrong. Ladder 49 is about a firefighter,Jack Morrison, whose trapped in an inferno, hoping for rescue, and looking back over his life as a firefighter. This may or may not be a date movie. My reasons are it could be because it might make you cry and if a girl sees that they might think you're sensitive and women love that. I'm not sure if you want to see this with all of your guy friends because if you do cry you'll never hear the end of it. If you're a guy definately see this with a bunch of girls because when they see you shed a tear they'll think your sensitive and we all know women melt for that stuff.

Shark's Tale - With all the hype for this movie it comes way short in delivering anything close to Shrek or any pixar movie. I would have to say Kid's are going to really like Shark Tale however if you think you're going to see Shrek 2 under water than you are mistaken. It does rip off some of the cute things seen in Shrek 2 like the animated version of Hollywood, Shark Tale used New York. While people were laughing at certain parts of the movie Kimmy and I were looking at each other wondering what was so funny. Shark Tale's about a Con Shark Slayer who was a nobody, then when he became the shark slayer became someone. I hated this movie and think it'd be an okay rental. Don't think you're going to see the next Finding Nemo.

Supersize Me- I always like a movie that goes against the grain and in Supersize me the director definately did that. Morgan Spurlock (director/writer) decides to eat McDonalds for one month straight to see if fast food restuarants are the reason for America's Obesity. It's so amazing to see the drastic changes Morgan's body and health goes through. Supersize me is very informative and I'd definately recommend it to everybody especially Americans. It could change the way you eat.

Cellular - Eventhough some of the parts weren't realistic I still have to give Cellular a thumbs up for being so entertaining. The movie had great timing and perfect comic relief. Cellular's about a mother/wife who gets kidnapped and her only way to get out is by using a broken phone. She only gets through to a stranger who does what he can to get her out. Now I was kind of wiery on that because I'd hang up thinking one of my friends was messing with me. Plus a lot of the stuff this stranger goes through is pretty unreal but it makes up for it with comedy and action. I'd recommend this movie to people who want to have a good night at the movies and leave with a smile.

Papparazzi - Does anyone remember Higher Learning? Well the guy that was the lead skin head in that movie is the main character in this movie. All I remember was the way he said "Remi." He's got a one of a kind voice that you can't forget. Any ways the reason I think this movie is so-so is I don't think everyone will like it. With that said, I really liked it because they displayed the papparazzi the way they are around here in LA. They are so invassive to celebrities(I'm not talking about me, I'm talking real celebs). Don't get me wrong I do buy US Weekly's from time to time. I just think they should bother the people that don't mind being photographed (Paris Hilton). The movie is made by it's cameos and there's about 6 of them that really pop out and you have to laugh at it and they're properly placed so it doesn't take away from the story. The only part I didn't like was some of it didn't seem realistic enough for me. The movies about an up and coming actor who doesn't like papparazzi taking pictures of his family and when the papparazzi hurt his family he retaliates. This is the type of movie that's a really good rental. You're not going to see this movie be a big blockbuster but you'll be entertained plus you can't lose with the cameos.

Garden State - I couldn't believe it. I actually liked this movie. I was going into this movie kicking and screaming really not wanting to see it because I instantly thought it was a chick flick. Now if you like chick flicks good for you, but I really don't prefer them. This movie shocked the sh*t out of me because not only did I like it but I'd recommend this movie to just about everyone. The "R" rating really isn't necessary because all their really was was swearing and come on what kid hasn't heard the f bomb. This was my first time seeing Natalie Portman in a movie and I thought she stole the show. Garden States about a guy, Andrew Largeman whose a Los Angeles waiter/actor. He goes home to New Jersey for his mother's funeral. There, he confronts his estranged family and visits his old high school friends (who really reminded me of my friends back home). Then he meets a really wierd girl and you can go from there. I'd definately recommend this to everyone. Dates are a must for this movie. I wouldn't go with a bunch of dudes because there'd be to much machoness and someone would ruin it.

The Exorcist - This movie is pretty scary. It has all the necessities of being a great horror flick starting with an R rating. I mean come on I'm sick of these PG-13 horror flicks that can't show gory stuff. Now you'd really have to try to make any Exorcist movie suck. Hell after seeing the pre-views I knew it was going to be good because even the pre-views scared me. To be completely honest I wasn't happy with the beginning because it was kind of slow but once the movie starts going it doesn't stop. It has a couple cool twists and that Exorcist face that could make anyone scream and have night mares. Thier was a couple corny lines that were great comic relief even though I don't think the writers were meaning it to be. I'd definately recommend this to anyone that loves horror flicks and to any guy wanting to get laid because once a girl sees this movie she's not going to want to be alone the rest of the night. Anyone that hates scary movies don't see this one because you'll have nightmares for weeks. Have fun.

Open Water - Now the only reason I say this is a thumbs up/ down movie is because I thought their could've been more blood which would've made it scarier. I did really like the movie though but I just thought their could've been more. Now I won't lie and say it's not scary because it makes me not want to surf anymore or at least wait a bit. I don't think it has the same fear of sharks that Jaws gave to so many people but I do think it'll make you think a bit before go deep sea diving. I liked the look of the movie and the fact that they used real sharks. How the actors did their lines and actually got into an ocean with live sharks is beyond me and made me want to see this movie even more. They made this movie look real like they used regular hand cams rather than big film cams. I liked this effect. Eventhough I thought this movie could've been better and left dissappointed with the ending I really liked the movie and I'd tell people to see it because it's a indy and was pretty scary. Plus curiosity will get you ever time anyways and you'll go see it just to see what everyone's talking about.

Collarteral - This is definately Jamie Foxx's breakout movie. Eventhough I loved Any Given Sunday, Foxx really stands out as a great actor in Collateral. Now I thought with Cruise in the picture that Foxx wouldn't even be noticed but to my surprise Foxx was in my mind better than Cruise. Now with that being said I thought Collateral was awesome. I loved the story, plots, and thought the cast did an exceptional job. It's about this cab driver (Foxx) who picks up a hitman (Cruise) and is held hostage and has to drive Cruise around LA to kill people. There's a lot more to it so if you like action, good strong plots then it's a movie for you. I loved it and everyone I talked to said they liked it. So check it out.

Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle - If you liked Dazed and Confused, Half Baked, or any kind of stoner movie you'll like this movie. It's kind of different than other stoner movies because Harold has a good job and Kumar is going to interviews to go to med school. It's not your lazy, do nothing type of stoners. What I really want to know is how much White Castle paid to be in this movie because it's one really big commercial and the best part is it's a funny one. Like even when you know they're plugging White Castle you have to laugh at what they say. Parts of the movie are really unrealistic, but it's a comedy that's not really driven by a big story and really doesn't need a strong story. Hell they're just trying to go to White Castle to have the perfect meal. How they got an hour and a half movie out of this concept was beyond me but the writers did it well. They're are some cheap laughs but I found those to be laugh out loud funny so who cares. Obviously this movie isn't for everyone seeing that it's rated R but I would say a lot of people will really like this movie. I've never touched drugs and I thought it was funny. Of course, people who have smoked will love it because it shows all the symptoms of the munchies and laughing at everything plus the good old paranoia that everyone usually laughs at. Parents may or may not like it depending on how "cool" you are. This movie is definately targeted towards the college crowd so I'd say just go see the damn movie. Oh yeah "half the people in the theatre were baked" which I also found pretty funny.

I Robot - I'm definately going to have to go the don't see this movie route. The story wasn't that great. I mean really who wants to see robots beating up other robots. I could care less about that, even with that said the fight scenes weren't even that great. The director tried to make a couple scenes look like the Matrix but really failed at doing so. I knew this movie was going to be horrible when it started off with Will Smith getting ready for work, taking a shower, basically wanting to make the girls wooo. Yeah I'm not a fan of those scenes. Hell, they even put a part where a girl was taking a shower. The scene was really cheesy and not needed. I felt like they wanted to put some sexy stuff in it but couldn't figure out how so they just threw it in anywhere. The computer animation was good but with the story even the greatest actors and cinematographers couldn't make this a good movie. It's a good idea but definately wasn't my type of movie. I can't thing of anyone that'd want to see this movie.

Catwoman - Talk about a girl power movie. I knew I was in the wrong theatre when I saw about 30 girls under the age of 15 all with their parents. But I'm open minded and I liked Michelle Phieffer's Catwomen in Batman. Plus Halle Berry is the main character so I thought it has potential. Boy did that thought go down the drain. I really thought the actors made a good effort for such a weak story. I mean the way they make the romance start between Halle and the cop was so bad. Plus the way Halle transforms into Catwoman could've been better. Half the time Halle looks like she's computer generated. Don't get me wrong she looks good but most of the time it doesn't even seem like it's her. The movie is one big cheese fest. I really wouldn't recommend it to anyone over the age of 15 and you definately have to be a girl. Otherwise don't waste your time. I walked out of there in awww of how much the production company spent on this really bad movie.

The Bourne Supremacy - I really liked The Bourne Identity so walking into this movie I had really high expectations that are really hard to beat. This movie did a really great job in making me happy. Especially since the last two movies I saw I wanted to leave the theatre. I wouldn't say this sequel took the original to new heights but I could definately recommend it. They could've had more fights scenes but that's what a good movie should do make you want more. The car chase scene was great and some of the lines used still stick in my head. I love the line in the commercial when Bourne's like "she's standing right beside you" In the movie it's even better. I was shocked at some of the main characters dying, I won't say which you'll just have to see the movie. If you like action movies i'd recommend The Bourne Supremacy there's very little cheesy parts and the story is very good especially for a sequel.

Anchorman - This movie, as Tony the Tiger would say, WAS GRREAT. Hell to my surprise Will Ferrell wasn't even my favorite character. The dumb guy had the best laughs in my mind. Some of the scenes he was in you'd look at the screen then 3 seconds later you'd be laughing at what you saw. You'll understand what I'm talking about after you see the movie. The actors made this movie. I feel if any other actors would've been casted for any of the characters this movie wouldn't of been as good. Hell this movie didn't even really have a good story but it didn't need it because I couldn't stop laughing. Really who wants to see a movie about a life of a news anchor but if you put Will Ferrell and this cast together everyone should see it. Some of the time I I couldn't even hear the movie because the audience was laughing so loud. I want to go see it again to see what I missed. Oh yeah and the cameos are a big surprise. I won't ruin it for you but you're be laughing your a$$ off when you see it. This is a great movie for anyone to see. Hell I think grandma would even enjoy it.

The Clearing - SUCKED!!! All this talk about this movie being oscar worthy blows my mind. Just because it's Robert Redford does not mean it's Oscar worthy. This movie was really slow and I didn't like the way the story was put together. What really put in stone that this was a thumbs down was the ending. This was the type of movie you go to sleep through then get up or go to the bathroom and stay there for awhile or you could just leave. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone, not even Robert Redford fans or William Defoe. They're actually really good in the movie but the movie has to have a good story for me to really get into it. An actor can only do so much. In a nut shell this movie badly displays a guy who kidnaps a family man for a ransom. The rest you don't need to see. Don't waste your money wait till it's on TV then maybe see it.

Spiderman 2 - I think everyone's seen this movie already but for those who haven't seen it I'd recommend it. The buzz is not a hoax. It's the real deal. I wouldn't call it the best movie i've seen but I would say that it's not just a comic book movie. It really has depth and a good story. I usually don't like comic book movies, hell I thought Batman sucked and they made 3 of them, but this one was really good. Now they're were a couple really cheesy parts where I was like wow that was cheesy but the goods definately weigh out the bad. This time around Spiderman has issues with himself and doesn't know whether to be Peter Parker or Spiderman because he doesn't have time for both. Which one will he chose? Go see the movie and tell me. It's an everyone movie. Guys you can bring dates and they'll love it or you can all just go with friends.

Farenheit 9/ 11 - This is the movie to see even if you're a republican. Yeah this movie is very one sided (against Bush) however Americans should know the info. it displayed. The first half hour blew me away with the facts and documents Michael Moore shows, the next hour was, in my opinon, fill in stuff and very editted to make Bush look like the biggest retard ever. Now I'm not saying I'm a Bush fan but as a person whose been on a reality show I know that editting can make a person look a certain way. If MTV wanted to they could make me look like the stupidest person ever or very smart depending on what they show plus how and where they show it. The movie was very funny in a sad kind of way. I always liked Michael Moore films because I feel he takes things to the edge and makes you think whether you agree with him or not. I don't think this was his best film. While watching the movie I felt like he rushed the last hour in order to release it before the election. I really enjoyed watching this movie and would definately recommend seeing it if you're not sure who you're voting for. I think this movie is going to play a big part in Kerry winning this November. Before or after seeing Farenheit 9/11 I'd read over some articles that are for and against this movie to see what you believe.

Dodgeball - This movie was good but not as good as I anticipated. Yeah there were some great one liners and parts that made me laugh out loud but I was expecting more. Ben Stiller played his Zoolander character and even though I liked Zoolander I didn't need to see that character again. I must say the feathered look was quite funny. I feel like everyone has seen this movie already so i'd imagine you know at least one person whose seen it. Get there opinion as well because I'm kind of torn on whether to recommend it to see in the theatres or DVD. I will say this if you're 15-23 go see it, if not I'd wait.

Terminal - Talk about a great movie. I wasn't sure they could make a really good movie about a man stuck in a terminal. I thought it'd be corny or stupid but I was way wrong. Who am I kidding Tom Hanks is a genius. I don't think we'll ever have a better actor. Hanks played the perfect Eastern Europe roll and convinced me that he spoke another language. I had some genuine laugh out loud moments. Terminal was the perfect pace: it was funny when it needed to be funny, it was sad at the right times. It amazes me that this was based on a true story. I've spent a lot of times in airports waiting for layovers or delays and they're not fun at all. So to imagine a man who actually lived in one for months and not go bonkers is simply incredible. I'd recommend this movie for everyone. It's a great date movie as well as going with friends or hell even a film to take mom or dad to. Either way you go you'll definately leave pleased.

The Life of David Gale - This is a DVD to buy because it's such a great movie. The twists and turns it takes is so overwelming and you really don't know who did it. I couldn't believe the ending. The acting was so good. Kevin Spacey was awesome as usual. This movie is obviously about a man, David Gale, whose against the death sentence and has had protests all the time whose on Death Row for killing his friend in a horrible fashion. David gives a reporter an interveiw 4 days before he's sentenced to death and what the reporter finds out is pretty incredible. I love movies that are based on True Stories. It's a must have for the DVD collection. You'll watch it quite a bit.

Fargo - Everyone's told me about this movie and i've been wanting to see it. I liked it but the hype was way bigger than what it was. It's about this family guy (seems like a pretty good guy) who wants to make more money but needs a loan from his father in law in order to make it. Well the Father in law won't give it to him so the family guy hires people to take his wife for ransom. Well things go wrong and gets pretty fu*ked up. It's definately a good rental movie and pretty entertaining but don't believe that it's the best movie ever.

Ghost World - The only thing I liked about this movie was the decorating in Steve Bushemi's house. The acting was great but when there's no strong story it's really boring. It's about this girl who seems to hate everyone that's "normal" and finds "wierdos" interesting. I think everyone had a girl like this at their high school and found her interesting but I don't think it's enough to make a movie. I wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone.

Napolean Dynamite - This movie is only in select theatres eventhough it should be in every theatre in my opinion. I thought this movie was hilarious. The comedy was so different and stupid that it made it histarical. I knew I was in a good movie when it got a standing ovation during the credits. As I was leaving I asked Kimmy what she thought of it and said it was stupid and lame. I could understand how she wouldn't of liked it. I think it's one of those movies that either you get it and love it or you don't get it and find it boring. I got it and loved it. Napolean Dynamite is about this geek's life and obstacles he has to take on. If you like stupid, wierd comdies I'd definately recommend it. Definately not a date movie. Go see this movie with a bunch of friends it'll make the experience better.

Shrek 2 - I loved this movie. It's so well written with putting all of these great fairy tales of when I was a kid all together to fit into one movie. The jokes are funny because they aren't trying to be funny it just happens. Basically it's not a corny type funny. When the cat gets a hair ball I almost fell out of my seat because it's exactly the way my cat used to cough up hair balls. I found myself noticing the voice of Shrek reminded too much of Mike Myers which took away just a little but not enough to enjoy this sequel. I did like the first one better and found this one was a little short but all in all it's a must see for everyone.

Mean Girls - I've been seeing a lot of movies because we have a lot of down time on the reality bar crawl tour. I though this movie would be full of teen cheesy comedy and I almost didn't want to see it. But I wanted to give Tina Fey a little credit. Hell she's the head writer for SNL. Lucky for me I did see it because I really enjoyed this movie and thought it was really well written. I love comedy when it's not forced. It just happens and that's the comedy in this movie. I thought Lindsay Lohan did a great job transforming from an innocent girl to a bitch. I really think she's an up and coming attress if she doesn't get the child star syndrome. I went to see this movie with a guy friend and being that we both liked it. This movie is not a chick flick definatetly go see it.

Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 - JNow I loved Kill Bill vol. 1 the fight scenes were so Terantino with all the blood and killings. I loved the fighting scenes in Vol. 1 when Uma kicked about 200 people's ass's. I loved how the film went from color to black and white to animation it really flowed well. I definately recommend thise movie, It's a must see.

However Vol. 2 was slow and I found myself looking at my watch. The fight scenes were great but their was less blood and fighting and a lot more waiting around to see waht was going to happen then nothing really happened. I just thought thy could have left some parts out and made the movie a little shorter and faster paced. The only reason I would recommend it is becasue vol. 1 was so good that you have to se the conclusion. Just don't see it when you're tired.

Man on Fire - WOW! is one word to describe it. This movie actually made me choke up and I rarely do that. The last time I did that was for Selena. The story was great. Denzel and Dakota Fanning played thier parts so well you really felt the connection between the two. It amazes me how young Dakota is and yet she's such a talented actress. Oh yeah almost forgot while watching the movie the fire alarm went off right in a major part of the moive. Talk about pissed. I was so into the movie then all of a sudden it shuts off and the alarm sounds. Luckily it was a false alarm and we continued the movie. I'd recommend it to everyone except young kids.

Troy - The best movie I've seen all year. My main reason for seeing this movie was I Nathan Jones was in it and I wanted to see him act (Nathan Jones used to be a WWE Wrestler) but I quickly found out that his part was very small with only a grunt as a line. I thought this movie was going to be a chick flick because of Orlando Bloom and Brad Pitt but I quickly found out that it was a gladiator type flick: the fight scenes were so realistic and cool looking, the story was told with a good pace that didn't leave you looking at your watch. A lot of people say it's too long but I definately didn't care that it was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I loved every second of it. Even the cheesy romantic parts. Like when Hector was going to fight and everyone was giving him these really cheesy lines like ""You're the best man I've ever known" I couldn't help but laugh but still felt really involved in the movie. It was like I was in Troy with them. Here's another cool part: you didn't know who to cheer for. There were times that I cheered for Achilles then I'd cheer for Hector. Orlando Bloom played a great coward and I was laughing my a$$ off when he went to fight.

It's funny I remember reading about this story in high school and college. I didn't realize it until I saw the Trojan Horse. To tell you the truth I still don't know who I was cheering for. I'd definately recommend this movie, just give yourself some time because it's really long. Enjoy

The Girl Next Door - My oh my have I seen a lot of movies lately. Any ways, I don't know what it was about this movie but I must say it's one of my favorites of the year. I recommend everyone to see it. I couldn't stop laughing plus there were parts where I almost couldn't watch not because it was gross but because I was so into the characters that I felt their nervousness. It's about a straighedge high school honors student falls in love with his beautiful and innocent-seeming next-door neighbor who used to be a porn star. This sucks for him because he wants to become a politician (don't worry bud Clinton handled that for you). Now even though this movies about a porn star you can definately bring a date to see it. I went with a girl and she loved it as a matter of fact I think it's a great movie to bring a date because when girls see this movie I believe it makes them want to be sexy and motivates them to do so. So gitty up cowboy and go see this movie. It's fun for all and the only reason it's rated R in my mind is because of one scene in the strip club. Have fun.

Taking Lives - This movie keeps you on your feet the entire time in the movie theatre. All the twists have you wondering what's going to happen next. I picked the wrong killer at least 3 times before finding out who it was at the end. I definately jumped a couple times during this movie and I 'm not the jumping type. It's about an FBI agent (Angelina Jolie) is summoned to Montreal to help track down a long-sought serial killer who takes on the identities of his victims. Go see this movie and bring a date she might jump into your lap. No pop corn tricks though she might rip it off. :)

Walking Tall - Anything with The Rock in it gets my approval. It's really short but the fight sequences are really fun to watch and will excite the hell out of you. There's no Rock Bottom on this one or Arnold passing the torch but it's definately action packed. The Rock keeps getting better. Jonny Knoxville keeps stepping up his game. I can only imagine how hard it was to keep the Rock from taking all of the stage but Jonny does a nice job in keeping composure. This is a true story about a retired soldier who returns to his hometown to find it corrupted by the nearby casino. With a sheriff’s badge pinned to his chest and his loyal deputy (Knoxville) by his side, the Rock starts kicking butt. I liked this movie but not sure it's worth $10 to go see. I'd wait till video or DVD release just on how short it is.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind- - I thought this movie was really good but slow and long. Actually it might of just felt long because it was really slow. I did enjoy it but I wish it went a little faster. It's a great movie to take a date to because it has a great love story. I wouldn't go with a bunch of guys though. It's about A man that signs on to have all memories of his girlfriend erased by an experimental treatment when he finds out that she has done the same. But during his treatment he realizes that he truly loves her and tries to evade the treatment's progress. I definately recommend it because it was really different, don't miss the beginning you'll miss some vital information. It's a must see.

The Butterfly Effect - I really liked this movie. At first I was hestitant to see this movie because it sounded like a back to the future remake plus I couldn't picture Ashton Kutcher as a serious actor. Boy did he prove me wrong. Not only was he really good in this movie. It kept me on the end of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. The ending was kind of shocking as well but I don't want to spoil that for you. It's basically about a guy who can go back in time who tries to fix things for his loved ones. The way he does it is definately not believable but it really doesn't matter because the story really intrigues you. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes sci-fi movies. I wouldn't take young kids to see this movie. They'd ask too many questions that you don't want to answer.

Win a Date with Tad Hamilton- I really enjoyed this romantic comedy. I found myself saying wow why can't I find someone like Kate Bosworth in the movie. She played this innocent, beautiful, naive knockout that wins a date with this big hollywood star who's reputation is partying and getting any girl he wants. To be honest this movie hit home way too much. Since living in LA I've met so many people like Tad Hamilton. You know that guy that gets everything he wants and is kind of a cock. I don't want to give too much I must say it was such a date movie. Especially if your a regular guy and want this girl that wants the big guy on campus. If that guy is you take the girl because you'll be happy by the end of the night. My friend Ricky and I were going to wear "I am your Tad Hamilton" shirts on Valentine's Day but I got a concussion wrestling and couldn't go out. Any ways go see this movie with a date. I really liked it.

Cheaper by the Dozen- This was the first movie we saw on our double feature Sunday. I must say it was a great movie to start on. Talk about a movie for the whole family. I can't think of someone that couldn't find it in their hearts not to get touched by this movie. It mad me want a big family especially because I was an only child. It kind of made me realize what I missed by not having a brother or sister. It had some really funny parts and was such a great family movie. I'd recommend it to everyone. It's a good date movie. It's very cute and funny so it puts you in a lite mood for the rest of the day. Go see this movie there's a reason it was the # 1 movie in America for so long.

Along came Polly- Phillip Seymour Hoffman is such an amazing actor. I love every movie he's in. Now I can't forget about Ben Stiller or Jennifer Aniston whom are great as well. I mean just those 3 names means you can't go wrong. I learned what a shart was and if you don't know what it is go see this movie. I'm laughing right now just thinking about it. This was a laugh out loud type of movie so pee before it. The theatre was never quite because everyone was laughing. I loved this movie. Go see this one with a group of friends, it makes it so much more fun. My friends and I were high fiving at some of the things they were saying. I know who high fives anymore. Yeah we're dorks but I must say go see this movie. It's a must see.

Pay Check- This movie went by sloooooowly. I actually fell asleep during it. You know a movie sucks when that happens. I thought it'd be pretty good but it was really cheesy. Hell one of the lines was "I am the future." If that's not cheesy I don't know what is. Paycheck is about a guy who gets hired to make things for 2 months. When he's done they erase his mind of everything. They give him a new job that'll take him 3 years, but during it he leaves himself 20 things to remind him of what he built. I don't want to give it away eventhough I should because you definately shouldn't see it. I'd say wait till it's on TV to see it.

Something's Gotta Give- I didn't even want to see this movie but since we were seeing a double feature I had a pick and this was Ricky's pick. I must say this is one of the best movies I've seen all year. I mean this was really good. I thought it was going to be one of those romantic comedies that made the girls cry and the guys sleep. Not the case. It's about an older man that dates 20 somethings ( sounds a little like LA wouldn't you say) One of his girls takes him to her mothers place in the hamptons who was supposed to be out of town. Well they meet and the story starts. This movie was very well written and very funny. It was one of those movies where you want to see what is going to happen next because you know you are going to laugh. Oh yeah and talk about great acting. Jack and Diane were amazing in it. I loved this movie see it as fast as you can. Everyone can see it. Hell I went with Ricky and Aaron.

Stuck on You- The worst movie i've seen all year. I had very high expectations on this movie because it was the farrely brothers. Since I loved Dumb and Dumber and There's something about Mary I thought this movie would impress me. It didn't I almost fell asleep. Ricky, Aaron and I were seeing a double feature on this day. Which means we were sneaking into another movie after this one. This was my pick and Ricky picked Something's gotta Give. I didn't want to see Something's gotta give at all but we made the deal. Plus movie prices are so expensive. Does anyone else have to pay $10 to see a movie. Then I always have to get Goobers because I've done it since I was a kid. AMC movie theatres don't have them so I don't go to those theatres anymore. Isn't that funny that I won't go to that movie theatre because they don't sell Goobers. I think of Goobers as THE movie candy. There's a couple of THE movie candies and Goobers is definately one of them. Anyway back to the movie. It's about two brothers that are stuck together from birth and they move to LA so one of them could become an actor. Don't see it....AT ALL. Not even rental worthy.

Bad Santa- You know a movie is good when you watch a family leave the theatre because they can't let their children see it. I guess they failed to realize that a movie with the word Santa in it doesn't always mean it's a kids movie. This movie was hilarious, but very crude. Some of the stuff Billy Bob did as Santa was just messed up and is definately looking at Santa in whole new light. Their were mixed feelings about the movie in the group I went with but I loved the movie and would recommend it to everyone besides kids. I love the fact that this movie is about Santa Claus and it's not a kids movie. Hell if you took a kid to see this movie it'd scar them for christmas. I would take a kid to see this movie just so they wouldn't want any presents from Santa. Just kidding. See this movie, it really brings out the holiday spirit. Not really but it's definately a good laugh. :)

Love Actually- Here's the funny part about this movie. My two friends told me that it was a spy type movie so they could fool me into seeing this romantic comedy. I'm usually not a big fan of chick flicks. Sorry ladies but that sappy stuff doesn't do it for me. However, I must say this was a really good movie. It got me thinking about every relationship i've ever been in. Kendal was crying during half of the damn thing. Not because she was sad but because she thought it was sweet. It was very sappy but on some of the parts I wanted to reach through the screen and smack some of the people. That's when you know you have a good movie. Hell it made my stomach quisey. I have to say this is a great movie to take a girl to go see. Guys don't go with another guy, it'll make you feel wierd unless you're gay. I definately recommend it though. It was funny with a great story. If you want to know what it's about it's about love in different relationships. That's the best way to describe it and it's not a spy type movie. :)

Elf- I must say one of my favorite movies this year. It wasn't one of those over the top funny movies. The humor was with the characters and story and well placed. Will Farrell is simply one the best comedic actors out there. He could make walking through a door laugh out loud funny plus he doesn't go out of his way to be funny. It kind of just happens. Elf is about a man/ elf looking for his dad in the big city. He has lived his entire life with Santa's elves and doesn't know how to act when he moves to New York to find his father. This is a must see movie. I can't think of a single person that wouldn't like it.

Scary Movie 3- This is one of those movies that you see all the funny parts in the previews and when you see the movie you're disappointed. I mean there were funny parts but I definately would wait till it comes out on video. Compared to the other two I think it's the funniest. I think the hype and my anticipation ruined the movie for me. I always like seeing spoofs of different movies all gathered up into one but this just didn't do it for me. I would say wait till it comes out on video.

The Rundown- You better believe I saw this movie the first weekend it was out. I really liked this movie, not only because The Rock was in it but because the special effects were amazing. During the fight scenes you could hear the audience say "OHHS" and "Ouch" Hell The Rock even gave a guy the Rock Bottom. It also has some laugh out loud parts. At one part I thought I was going to cry. Arnold Swarzeneger (sp) made a camio. Kind of a passing down the torch to the next action hero. It's about a bounty hunter (Dwayne Johnson) heads to the Amazon where he ends up teaming up with the young adventurer (Seann William Scott) he was hired to find. Together they search for a priceless treasure before it falls into the hands of a villainous raider (Christopher Walken). I definately recommend seeing this movie. It's definately a must see in the movies. You can't beat the sound in the theatres. Enjoy.

S.W.A.T.- I went to see this movie, even though some of my friends told me it was just okay and to wait for DVD. Well I'm glad I did go see it in the theatres because it was worth it. I really feel theatres can bring the best out of some movies and this movie was one of them. I really liked this movie and would recommend it to anyone that likes action flicks. Samuel L. Jackson plays the leader of a SWAT team and has to put together a new squad of recruits to protect a dangerous drug lord whose offered a $100 million to get him out of jail. I would definately go see this movie again.

Dickie Roberts (former childhood star)- This movie absolutely sucked. Probably one of the worst movies I've seen all year and I love stupid comedies. I liked the previews more than this movie. Don't even rent it, it's a waste of time. It's about a childhood star who wants to be back in the limelight. He finds out about this movie role and the only way he could get it is if he relived his childhood. So he hires a family. I don't recommend this movie at all, hell I almost left the theatre.

Bruce Almighty- I have mixed feelings about this movie only because Jim Carrey is in it. I loved both Ace Ventura's and Dumb and Dumber, so my expectations are always way too high. I expected this movie to be as funny as both of those. It wasn't but it was a good movie with a cool story. Some of my friends liked it, some didn't. I still don't know. Renting it or watching it on TV is your best bet to see it. Don't buy the DVD it's not worth seeing twice. It's about a guy who thinks that god is cursing him and hasn't given him a break. So god gives him the role of god, so god can take a vacation. What would you do if you were god? Would you like it? I'm not sure if I would, anyways rent it, don't buy it.

Dumb and Dumberer- The WORST movie i've seen all year. I think I laughed once the entire time and you're honestly waiting for it to be over. It's a prequel to the legendary Dumb and Dumber so it takes you back to High School where Harry and Lloyd meet. The plot even sucks, Harry and Lloyd are put into a special class where they have to recruit other students who they think are special. This is set up by the crooked principal who just wants the money that will be donated by the state for having a class for special students. DO NOT see this movie in the theatres, hell I wouldn't even rent it. If you have a different opinion or the same write about it in the message boards.

The Italian Job- I really liked this movie. It kept me entertained the entire time, the story was kind of weak but the acting and fast pace makes up for it. It's about a group of cons stealing 35 million dollars of gold plates then one of the cons ( Edward Norton) steals it from them and thinks he kills them off and is scott free. Of course he doesn't and they go after him. It's worth seeing in Theatres.

The Matrix Reloaded- I loved this movie. It had everything from great action to an intimate love connection. This story keeps getting better and better. If you haven't seen the first Matrix don't see this one until you do, you won't understand. Hell even if you did see the first Matrix you still might not understand. This is a movie where you have to see it twice to get and it's worth it both times in my opinion.

Old School- This was the funniest movie I've seen in a long time. It's about 3 middle aged men starting a fraternity and having the best parties ever. It starts when Luke Wilson's Character catches his girlfriend cheating on him and he goes into a depression. Vince Vaughn's character starts the fraternity because both of h best friends are forgetting how much fun they used to have. I honestly couldn't stop laughing, this movie is a must see. I can see my grandma laughing at this movie.

DareDevil- I loved this movie, it had all the elements a great movie needs: comedy, drama, action, beauty, romance, Jenifer Garner. For those who don't know about DareDevil, he's a blind action hero who gets radar vision through sounds. He battles Kingpin, a 400 pound man who creates all the crime in Hell's Kitchen, NY and Bullseye, a street fighter who can take anything and hit whatever he wants. The thing I liked most about it was it was real. I beleieved it. You know when you see one of these marvel movies they tend to extend the truth well here it was pretty real. Yes there were parts that I was like yeah right but it played itself through. This movie is for everyone Oh yeah and guys you thought Jenifer Garner was hot before WAIT till you see her in this movie.

Igby goes down- I'm not really sure how I feel about his movie. It just didn't seem to have a good solid story to it. It's about this boy who runs away and lives with this girl who his god father is dating at the time. He always seems to get involved with the wrong people. It looks like he should be the bad guy in some of the parts but you can't help feel for this kid and stand behind him. I was entertained but the story didn't catch me. If you want a wierd movie rent it, but it's not on the top of my list.

The Truth about Charlie- This movie was decent. It makes you think throughout it but not to the point where you are like oh my god. The basic story is this guy Charlie dies in the beginning and he's the only person to know where a lot of money is hidden. His wife doesn't know where it is but people think she does or Charlie left hints for her to find it. You are always wondering who is telling the truth, they did a good job with that but otherwise it wasn't that interesting.

Catch me if you can- I loved this movie. The cool part about it is it's like 3 hours and you don't even notice. I usually sit through 3 hour movies and look at my clock wondering if it's going to be over soon but not this one. This movie is for everyone I definitely recommend it. It's about a conartist played by Leonardo Dicaprio whose being chased all over the world by a detective Tom Hanks. The way he cons people is so interesting and smoothe it kind of makes you want to do it. I'd be caught in a second, I'm a horrible liar.

Final Destination 2- If you liked the first one it's kind of hard not to like this one because it's almost the exact same story just different ways of killing the people. I must say it's a lot more gory than the first one. They show everything and I think that's why I liked it. I could understand if someone hated it though because sometimes the way the characters died was unrealistic but it kind of fits because death is going after them so it doesn't matter. I liked it and I definitely recommend it to anyone who likes being shocked. It's a must see with a date because she'll jump right into your seat. Don't see it if you have a weak stomach.

Simone- This has to be one of the worst movies ever. I saw it on a plane coming home from a speaking engagement. I thought the story just sucked. It's about a director that is going down the drain and a madman gives him a computer disc that contains the perfect vertual actress whose all about the work. He lets everyone believe that she is real. The movie was just a bore and really fake. It's one of those movies that has a sad moment and your supposed to feel like your going to cry but you start laughing at how stupid it is. I usually can recommend movies to a certain genre but this movie sucks. Don't See It.

25th Hour- As much as I like Edward Norton Jr. I hated this movie. I thought it was dragging and dragging. I was basically waiting for it to end so I could leave. Nothing about it interested me.

Just Married- As you know I love stupid comedies so of course I loved this. I thought it was one of the funniest movies I've seen in the past year. Some of the situations they were put in just cracked me up. Plus I can see myself having some of the same problems they had whenever I get married. I just have bad luck like that. This movie is great, go see it especially with a girlfriend.

8 Mile- Who couldn't love this movie. Eminem is an amazing rap artist that compliments his abilities to act. I loved this movie even though I bought it on DVD on the street the day it came out at cinemas. Yeah there's a guy walking through the screen in the middle of an important part but what can ya do. This movie is for everyone whether you like or hate Eminem. I think anyone would agree that the battle at the end was off the hizzy. Oops sorry I thought I was a rapper for a sec. GO SEE THIS MOVIE!

About Schmidt- I walked out in the first half hour for two reasons: One the theatre was so full that I had the front seat and Two it was sooooo slow that I couldn't keep my eyes open. The first half hour was so boring, I don't know if it picked up at the end. The movie must be doing something right because it was sold out when I was there. It didn't interest me at all. I did go into Samuel French and the clerk there goes "Have you seen About Schmidt yet?" I said "I walked out of it yesterday." He says "Dude that's the best movie i've ever seen. I've seen it twice already and am going to see it for the third tonight." He told me how this movie is unlike any other movie and how it goes against what Hollywood is about. If this movie makes money then it's exactly what Hollywood is about. So I saw About Schmidt and I loved it. I guess I must have been in a bad mood or something when I first saw it. The movie is very slow but I still can't get over Ndugu. This movie will touch you.

The Hot Chick- I thought this movie was hilarious but I'm a guy that loves stupid comedy's and thought Duece Bigalow was pure genius. If you are like me and like Rob Snieder see it, if you're not, don't.

Punch Drunk Love- Is a weird movie and it's hard to pick up but if you get it then it's amazing. If you are going to see it be sure to have no distractions because if you miss something it could be a major part of the movie.

TV Shows

24- So my friend Ricky told me about 24 and said if I watched the first episode I'd get addicted. Well one hour later I became an addict. I'm talking a sickness. I couldn't stop watching. We started at 11PM and I didn't stop until 5AM. Then got up the next day and watched it all day and night. I didn't leave the house, that's how bad my addiction to this show was. I had to know what was going to happen next. I hated the show as much as I liked it because watching 24 was taking over my life. I had to finish it. That night I finally did and the ending was amazing. It wasn't what I expected and I couldn't believe how well written the show was. Now I'm debating to buy the 2nd season because I know I'll have to save 2 days so I can watch it all the way through. It'll take over my life once again. See this show, go buy the two seasons on DVD. Make sure you have a lot of spare time because it will become so addicting that you won't be able to stop. I can't even tell you what it's about because I don't want to give anything away. Basically it's about Jack Bowen's longest day of his life and trust me it's very entertaining.

The Joe Shomo Show- This is on the Spike Network and you have to see it. It's a reality show that's not a reality show. One guy thinks he's on a reality show, Lap of Luxury, but in reality the network hired actors to play different stereo types that are usually on reality shows. Their job is to make a fool of the guy that thinks it's all real. It mocks reality shows but still is a reality show. I love it, I can't stop watching it. It's on after RAW on Monday nights. It's so good.

The Newly Weds- Who doesn't love this show. I'm having so much fun with it. Jessica isn't the sharpest tool in the shed but you have to love watching her. Just her complaining and asking about whether Chicken of the Sea is tuna or chicken then watching Nick's reactions are so great. I also like watching two people that have a genuine love for each other but still face all the problems that most marriages have. It's really great. Did anyone see the episode where Nick offered Jessica some Buffalo wings and she said she doesn't like Buffalo. I almost pissed my pants. I hope to someday get a relationship like theirs because you can tell they'll be together for a long time unlike J. Lo and every guy. I love this show. If you haven't seen it, watch MTV it's always on.

The Real World Paris- I saw the first episode and it's hard for me to watch because i've been through the process. I actually enjoyed The Real World this time and I haven't enjoyed it for a long time. I think Mallory is cute as hell and is in need to go nuts and Ace is too pimp not to hook up with any of the girls in the house. He so set himself up with the whole thing with Kate. Advice for him Kate isn't going to be the one right now in your life especially after Real World. If she is the one go back to her later. Adam's going to stir up some shit with everyone in the house. He'll be the main. I think Simone is going to be a stand in, one of those people you're wondering where is he why don't they show more of him. So far, so good kids. I'm wondering if i'll see the rest. I usually don't catch them on tues. anymore but I'll sit through a marathon if it interests me. I'll keep ya posted. If you have opinions post them on the message boards.

WWE Smackdown- No words needed, best show on TV.

WWE RAW- No words needed, 2nd best show on TV.

Friends- Is there anyone that doesn't watch Friends? Who's glad there's a another season on board? I love this show I know, what a dork but I find it to be so funny and I kind of wish I had a group of friends like that. The thing that pisses me off is NBC pushes the show back all the time so I have to wait two weeks to see it.

The Amazing Race III- This was the best show on TV. I just started watching this season and I got hooked. I'm kind of made I missed the first two but I'll get over it. I hear they are making a fourth, if you think you can do it or need a change try out. You never know what could happen. I imagine CBS.com would have all the info.

The Real World Las Vegas- Or should I say Porn World. Wow now I know why they call Vegas, Sin City. Steven is pimpin', actually I bet everybody is pimpin but the production can only show so much before the audience starts getting sick of make out after make out. I'm not a religious watcher of the Real World anymore because after you've been on it you learn the ins and outs of the show. It's weird something that I really can't explain. I'm not going to lie though I have caught a couple and thought it needs more substance and I imagine it will in upcoming episodes. The ratings are really good so who am I to judge. The cast in real life are really cool too. I've hung out with all of them except Brynn and my experiences with them have been good ones. Steven, Frank, Alton, and Irulan all came to my birthday party at Barney's Beanery which I thought was really cool.
