Christmas 2003

I went back to Parma, OH for Christmas. A bunch of my friends and I went to my uncle's bar Sip N Post in North Royalton and had some fun their. We get pretty insane when we want. The second night I was back I went downtown to West 6th and bar hoped all night. Very fun. My favorite night by far was definitely the night before Christmas eve. Like 30 of my friends from high school met up at the Blue Moose and started drinking for happy hour. $1 beers so we had quite a bit. Who gets $1 beers? I never see $1 beers in LA so I had to cherish the moment. :) After spending about 3 hours there we all headed down to W. 6th where we went to this club and got absolutely mangled. I missed all my friends from back home. I never get to see them anymore but I love it when they all get together that one night to just have fun and reminisce.

Christmas Eve is the big Mizanin family day. We all get together over my Aunt Mary's and she usually makes something that tastes bad. :) Just kidding. She's not that bad but we like to give her hell. My whole family likes to give each other hell. It's pretty entertaining. If you saw this day with my family you'd understand me so much. We had our annual bench pressing competition. I bench the most out of everyone but we really just go by how much we gained from last year. I didn't gain anything but I also never max out. I'm more of a rep kind of person rather than being like yeah dude I bench 300lbs. That was a good time. I love the Mizanin family Christmas eve, I really have a great time and it's so good to see everyone. I went back to LA on Christmas because that was the cheapest flight I could find. I'm really going to miss everyone: family and friends. Every time I go back it really makes me want to stay longer, however it also makes me realize that I'm growing up and I don't think I could live in Parma regularly anymore. But I love visiting.
